Zgjodha RE/MAX Vizion sepse ishte një zyrë e re dhe preferova të rritesha bashkë me ta profesionalisht.

  • Pse ju pëlqen kjo industri?

Së pari është një punë fleksibel që më jep mundësine ta menaxhoj vetë kohën time. E kam gjetur veten shumë mirë në ketë industri dhe që është e përshtatshme për tipin tim.

  • Cila ka qënë sfida më e madhe në fillimet e tua në këtë industri?

Sfida ime më e madhe ka qënë të arrij objektivat e mia dhe targetin vjetor që më ishte vendosur nga zyra, gjë që e arrita dhe e tejkalova që në fillimet e mia. Gjithashtu kam qënë fituese e një sfide të vendosur në zyrë, që më dha mundësinë të isha pjesë e një trajnimi të zhvilluar në Venecia me trajnuesit më të mirë në fushën e Real Estate.

  • Nëse do të ktheheshe sërish pas në kohë, do ta zgjidhje sërish këtë industri? Pse?

Edhe nëse do të kthehesha pas në kohë, unë e them me bindje që do të zgjidhja këtë industri, dhe jo vetëm por them që do të zgjidhja sërish RE/MAX Vizion sepse fryma e bashkëpunimit në atë zyrë më ka bërë të jem e suksesshme sot.

  • Cili është mesazhi për të rinjtë e kësaj industrie?

Të rinjve i jap në mesazh që nëse kanë pak durim dhe kembëngulje do të jenë ndër agjentet më të mirë në Real Estate por duhet t’i japin vetes kohë për të kuptuar industrinë dhe për të fituar para.
