1.Kush ju shtyu të jeni pjesë e Real Estate?
Kurioziteti dhe dëshira për të punuar e për të pasur kontakte me shumë njerëz ishte një motiv që më shtyu drejt këtij profesioni. Nuk e njihja shumë fillimisht, gjithcka ishte njohuri e përgjithshme por duke kaluar kohë kuptova që ishte një profesion me përgjegjësi dhe kjo më bëri ta doja edhe më shumë.
2.Pse RE/MAX Vizion?
Ishte rastësi që u bëra pjesë e RE/MAX Vizion pasi aplikova në dy-tre kompani Real Estate, por fati deshi të isha pjesë e Vizionit. Pra ishte harmonia e kushteve dhe situatave që jam pjesë e një prej zyrave më të suksesshme në vend.
3.Pse ju pëlqen kjo industri?
Edukimi im ka qënë i fokusuar në shkencat sociale, por në këtë profesion kuptova larminë e profesioneve që prek gjatë proceseve të punës, aftësi që i përfiton vetëm duke pasur dëshirën për të ndihmuar njerëzit të identifikojnë pronën e dëshiruar.
4.Cila ka qënë sfida më e madhe në fillimet e tua në këtë industri?
Duke mos patur informacionin e nevojshëm (mosdija) dhe pasiguria kanë qënë dy handikape në fillimet e mia, nuk merrja dot përgjegjësi për një proces që nuk e njihja. Nuk ndihesha komfort kur klientët më pyesnin dhe unë nuk e kisha përgjigjen. E kam përjetuar shumë këtë pjesë, por fal trajnimeve të vazhdueshme, suportit të zyrës dhe kolegëve më me eksperiencë ja dola të përfshihesha shpejt në industri.
5.Nëse do të ktheheshe sërish pas në kohë, do ta zgjidhje sërish këtë industri? Pse?
Po do e zgjidhja. Më sipër përmenda që prek shumë profesione dhë të jep mundësine të jesh një hap përpara në shumë fusha për shkak të dinamikës që ka si treg.
6.Cili është mesazhi për të rinjtë e kësaj industrie?
Punoni fort, duaje atë që bën. Kjo industri kërkon durim sepse cdo etapë do kohën e saj, për më tepër blerja dhe shitja e një prone është investimi më i rëndësishëm i njerëzve dhe si i tillë kërkon kohën e vet.
7.Cila mendoni se është pikë e fortë për të pasur sukses në këtë industri? Dëshira për të ndihmuar njerëzit, nëse kjo mungon të tjerat nuk mjaftojnë. Axhenda dhe ndjekja e klientëve në menyrë periodike është pika më e fortë. Krijoni raporte të qëndrueshme me klientët. Nëse dikush, edhe pse ka kohë që nuk të takon dhe pas disa muajsh po diskuton në një ambient për pasuri të patundshme dhe emri jot i vjen i pari ne mëndje si zgjidhje ke krijuar një raport të mrekullueshëm.
